Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping Method: We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.
  • Delivery Time:Most items: 6–15 business daysSelect items (noted on product pages): up to 20–24 business days
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Note: Some products ship from overseas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs or shipping delays.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Return Window: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return Methods:Customers with a store account can initiate a return directly from their account dashboard.Customers without an account can email our support team at Email Our Support Team to receive a return authorization and instructions.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped.
  • Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Tips for Customers:

  • Items with longer shipping times will display the estimated delivery date at checkout.
  • For products that may take 20–26 business days, a note will also appear in the product description to set clear expectations.
