Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Return Window: Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Methods: Customers with a store account can initiate a return directly from their account dashboard.

Customers without an account can email our support team at Email Our Support Team to receive a return authorization and instructions.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused.
Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped.
  • Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Tips for Customers:

  • Items with longer shipping times will display the estimated delivery date at checkout.
  • For products that may take 20–26 business days, a note will also appear in the product description to set clear expectations.
