What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major payment methods including Shop Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay among others. All transactions are processed securely.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly, but if you contact us at support@thefigurestore within a few hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 days. Some products that are available only for the USA have a standard shipping that typically take 3-7 days. A more accurate delivery estimate will be shown at checkout based on your location.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order anytime through our store's Order Tracking Page Once your order ships, we'll upload the tracking details there. Just enter your tracking number, and you'll see real-time updates directly from the carrier. This is the fastest way to check your order status. You will also recieve a confirmation email with tracking information.
What’s your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@thefigurestore with your order number, the item(s), and the reason for return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do! Be sure to share the love with gift cards this year.

Yes! We love hearing what figures our community wants to see next. You can submit a request directly through our Request a Figure page, and we’ll do our best to find or stock it for you.
